community/texlive: fix dependencies of texlive-luatex

LuaTeX seems to work if either biblatex or texmf-dist-bibtexextra is installed. So we depend on biblatex instead of texmf-dist-bibtexextra, as this dependency works with both variants.

Additionally, LuaTeX depends on texmf-dist-fontsrecommended these days, as otherwise we get:

luaotfload | db : Reload initiated (formats: otf,ttf,ttc); reason: File not found: "lmroman12-regular".
