community/pinentry-ui: rebuild against qt6 6.8.0

fixes #16619 (closed)

I wonder how many thing broke with the Qt6 6.8.0 upgrade and if there is an easy way to know without installing and trying everything, or would the safe thing be to rebuild everything that depend on libQt6Core.so.6? or anything else?
