community/rofi: switch upstream, upgrade to 1.7.5_p3

the goal is to have a single unified rofi package for both x11 and wayland, which lbonn/rofi was able to do for a really long time now, and i'm not sure why we still have them separate

cc: @jirutka, would you like to take over community/rofi, or should i? the maintainer is inactive since 2022
