main/luajit: upgrade to 2.1_p20240815 and enable loongarch64

This change upgrades luajit from 2.1_p20240314 to 2.1-20240815 and enable loongarch64.

Patch from: https://github.com/loongson/luajit2 (OpenResty's LoongArch64 Branch of LuaJIT2)

The upstream does not want to maintain many architectures. Ref：https://github.com/openresty/luajit2/pull/187

So we forked it to https://github.com/loongson/luajit2 and maintain it for a long time so that people can get luajit loongarch at any time.
