community/py3-seaborn: remove maintainership

Iztok Fister Jr. requested to merge firefly-cpp/aports:seaborn-maintainer into master

This is also an essential package, and since I am not dealing with this now, I would like to ask someone else to take it up. Several packages are also based on this.

Can I ask @durrendal or @mio to take it up?
