community/py3-nimfa: remove aport

The latest commit activity in the upstream repository was made 3 years ago. With the newest numpy versions, maintaining this may not be very easy. Hence, I decided to remove this aport. No other aports rely on this aport.

Thanks very much also to @mio , who prepared patches for numpy compatibility, but still, I believe maintaining this for an extended period is quite a lot of job.
