main/ifupdown-ng: add 'bridge' dep

It's a workaround until ifupdown-ng fully supports bridge on alpinelinux

Without it the 'bridge' entries on /etc/network/interfaces don't work unless the interface is already created

Another solution could be remove the 'bridge' package and move the hook script inside 'ifupdown-ng' package
