community/mauikit-*: disable check due to no tests

mio requested to merge mio/aports:maui into master

No reference to tests in CMakeLists.txt, no test files. Avoids No tests were found!!! error causing build failure with abuild 3.14.0.

For mauikit-texteditor, the minimum required Qt version is 6.4, so the BUILD_WITH_QT6 variable is no longer needed.
