testing/moosefs-client: install binary to /usr/sbin

Clayton Craft requested to merge craftyguy/aports:usr-merge/moosefs into master

I tried configure --sbindir, and other methods, but they were all ignored and I was unable to convince the build system to stop making this mount.* symlink in /sbin. 🤦
