community/perl-mojo-pg: move from testing

I spoke with @fabled regarding the taking over of Perl aports back in May when i was working on the Perl 5.40 upgrade, and he has no objections.

I took over a few back then, and in this MR i take over those which are dependencies of perl-mojo-pg.
