community/wireshark: cleanup

• Align pkgdesc with subpkgs.
• Sort makedepends + remove redundant.
• Switch back to original src.
• Use cmake -B to build in sub directory.
• Ensure .cmake files do not end up in $pkgname-common.
• Styling (remove superfluous newlines...)

community/wireshark: enable http2 json support

• Resolves #11211 (closed)
