testing/{compton-conf,evolution-on,gtk4-layer-shell,liblinbox}: drop packages

mio requested to merge mio/aports:drop-aports-no-maintainer into master

These packages are unmaintained and currently blocking the loongarch64 builder due to rebuild errors.

It was suggested that these packages be marked for removal in accordance with tsc#2.
