main/asterisk: introduce subpackage with LDAP support

Add openldap-dev to build dependencies, and introduce a new subpackage (asterisk-ldap) to ship the relevant module as an optional dependency.

I'm pretty new at this--I took a look at the guidelines for patch contributions, but if adding new subpackages in this manner is not done, I'd appreciate some pointers to the proper procedures. Thanks!
