community/pdsh: upgrade to 2.35

• Upgrade to 2.35 and extend the existing without-rresvport.patch to fix the -Wimplicit-function-declaration error with gcc 14 (rebuild error log)
• Backport two non-urgent patches for hostlist.c (bugfix and newer lsd-tools)
• Fix tests failing due to a module lib directory permissions check error and skip tests that only work when run as non-user
