Move libraries from /lib to /usr/lib

Pablo Correa Gomez requested to merge pabloyoyoista/aports:usr-merge-lib into master

Many of these are likely considered to be critical for booting. That means, people with /usr under a different partition will need mkinitfs!178 (merged)

The only libraries that should be there after an upgrade should be musl, gcompat, and shadow (haven't figured out why it installs to /lib)
