community/mumble: upgrade to 1.5.634 + community/mumble-server: rename from murmur

Also added a murmur-compat package containing symlinks for legacy murmur locations with the rename

If these should be separate merge requests let me know, but since the rename depends on fixes in the version update I combined them.
