[3.20] community/gitlab-runner: Update checksums

Štěpán Pechman requested to merge stepech/aports:glrn-checksum-fix into 3.20-stable

GitLab rereleased gitlab-runner and moved tag to newer commit, changing checksums of tags.

New commit only disabled some CI tests in their repository without changes to application itself, so there is no need for rebuild or pkgrel increment.
