This MR contains the rest of the packages related to the MATE desktop (continues from !68657 (merged)), including libmate*, mate-* and the mate-desktop-environment metapackage, and 3 applications not listed in the metapackage but are featured on the MATE website (atril, engrampa, eom).

  • atril: removes a failed patch that does not appear to be needed anymore.
  • mate-control-center: includes a temporary patch to disable the systemd dependency check from an upstream commit for the current version.
