main/ccache: upgrade to 4.10.1

Among other things, this release now has proper support for using system-supplied dependencies. Hence, we can remove the system-xxhash.patch file. Furthermore, we need to move doctest to main/ in order to be able to depend on it, alternatively, we could use the vendored doctest version if we don't want to move it.
