community/*: disable on loongarch64

I disable these packages on loongarch64 because they are blocked by libc create.

Although I can enable them by patching after update denendencies, but considering that these patches will become invalid after the pkgver upgrade, temporarily disabing them should be a better choice.

When upstream dependencies are updated to support loongarch64, I will enable them again.
