testing/waylock: upgrade to 1.1.0
This is the first release to make use of the Zig package manager, I think we haven't really figured out how to best integrate this with aports. Ideally, we would just package Zig dependency in aports but there is still some work to be done in Zig upstream to this end. Therefore, I would propose that for now we just build Zig aports with options="net"
. Just like with Go, Rust and Haskell, the Zig package will fetch the dependencies and verify there checksum.
