community/kodi: upgade to 21.0

Clayton Craft requested to merge craftyguy/aports:kodi-21-3.20-stable into 3.20-stable

I still need to test this, but I think it might be worth upgrading kodi on 3.20 because kodi v20 is a mess with python 3.12 (see !66891 (closed))
