Draft: Update to Version 3.3.4 with GTK 4

Francis requested to merge francisuk1989/aports:francisuk1989-master-patch-20694 into master

I have tested this with Python 3.12.3, pytest-8.2.1, pluggy-1.5.0, GTK 4.14.4 and all seems to work nicely.

Nicotine+ 3.3.4 now requires GTK 4 as default as running with GTK 3 gives a error.
