community/rav1e: fix build on loongarch64

Hi，I had to update libc to 0.2.155 via "cargo update" on loongarch64 architecture due to rav1e being required by ffmpeg.

I wanted to generate a patch for this modification, but apparently it would be reverted with "mv "srcdir"/pkgname-$pkgver.lock Cargo.lock".
