Draft: testing/curl-onion: new aport

omni requested to merge omni/aports:curl-onion into master

with support for CURL_ALLOW_DOT_ONION=1

I would prefer if this could be sub-packages of curl, perhaps just libcurl-onion would be enough, but there would have to be an additional build without --enable-ares.
