community/pulseaudio: add wireplumber subpackage

Pablo Correa Gomez requested to merge pabloyoyoista/aports:pulseaudio-wireplumber into master

Otherwise with the default configuration wireplumber takes over the audio and breaks it. Users can always override this configuration under /etc, but this fixes audio breaking by default when both wireplumber and pulseaudio are installed.
