testing/vcmi: upgrade to 1.5.3

ovf requested to merge ovf/aports:vcmi-1.5.0 into master

we disable the (new, enabled by default) innoextract functionality as it is a slightly modified innoextract copied into a submodule. our users can run innoextract once themselves.
