Workaround for https://build.alpinelinux.org/buildlogs/build-3-20-s390x/community/gpick/gpick-0.3-r5.log

This aport has not been rebuilt with boost1.84, which means pkgrel=5 in edge was built with boost1.82, so allow Alpine 3.20 to build this with boost1.82 as well.

When a patch allowing this aport to be built with boost1.84 is found, pkgrel will be bumped, rebuilding this for edge (and 3.20 if it has not been branched).
