community/snapshot: upgrade to 46.2

Robert Mader requested to merge rmader/aports:snapshot-46.2 into master

This update notably temporarily drops the use of the xdg-desktop-portal for the camera - which makes sense for a non-sandboxed app. It further fixes some playback issues affecting a lot of cameras.
