Iztok Fister Jr. requested to merge firefly-cpp/aports:evopreprocess-remove into master

The package's maintainer decided not to maintain it and will archive it soon. Since maintaining this will be challenging, especially when newer scikit-learn versions will be released, I will remove this aport.

No other aports rely on this package.
