community/git-interactive-rebase-tool: fix build with rust 1.77

Patch from upstream in https://github.com/MitMaro/git-interactive-rebase-tool/pull/907 does not apply cleanly, i doubt it solves the problem for us anyway.

So, i found this patch used by FreeBSD ports.
