community/chromium: don't set --ozone-platform-hint=auto as default

ozone wayland backend does not work, with symptoms ranging from displaying a gray window to an ominous partially transparent black hole. either way not usable. running under xwayland is a better outcome. bug: #16044 (closed) bug: #16047 (closed) bug: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/329678163
