community/{redict, hiredict}: move from testing

I personally used redict and had no problems with it, so I would move it to community. Any feedback from others?

In the future, I might even consider moving to main and replacing it with redis, as it is compatible as a drop-in replacement for redis and redis is not getting any open source updates anymore.
