community/libadwaita: fix test failure when host has a non-default GTK theme set

Running gtk with some themes prints warnings to stderr, which results in test failure. This MR makes the tests run with GTK_THEME environment variable set to Adwaita. No pkgrel bump needed since this change does not affect built package.
