community/mutter: add patch to fix startup on 32-bit arches

knuxify requested to merge knuxify/aports:mutter-32bit-fix into master

Without this patch, gnome-shell and GDM crash on startup on armv7, and likely other 32-bit architectures as well.

(reported this a while back and it's fixed on latest main branch, figured I'd try to add the patch here since postmarketOS users might benefit from it.)
