Draft: testing/qtmir: move squashed branch to the new active development branch and progress on fixing non-click app launching

This MR moves the squashed Mir2 QtMir branch from the old inactive development branch to the newer branch with various fixes useful for Alpine. This MR also implements rudimentary workarounds for launching non-click applications while upstream works on fixing launching issues.
