  • moves py3-pytest-{factoryboy, randomly) to community
    • fixes py3-factory-boy, as breaks check for these packages
    • adds missing checkdepend (py3-model-bakery)
  • takes maintainership of py3-sqlalchemy-utils (@fab)
    • moves from testing as required for check of py3-factory-boy
    • upgrades to 0.42.2
    • adds check()
