Draft: main/linux-lts: add patch to fix EFI 32-bit mix mode on x86_64

Patch was submitted upstream but hasn't made it to any stable branch yet. Without this patch, booting on some x86_64 systems that use 32-bit EFI is completely broken (e.g. some Bay Trail tablets, NUCs)

I am submitting this because the maintainer has indicated [1] that this may be several weeks away from landing in the 6.6 LTS.
