community/moment: remove due to watchgod dependency
moment depends on outdated watchgod (which renamed to watchfiles upstream). The old watchgod no longer builds and will not be fixed upstream.
moment has not yet migrated to watchfiles, and since we don't have anyone who can follow up, we better delete moment as well.
