community/xfce4-notifyd: build with --disable-systemd flag

Cory Sanin requested to merge corysanin/aports:xfce-notifyd into master

Aside from not creating the systemd service, the --disable-systemd flag also prevents an autostart entry that interfaces with systemctl from being created.

Someone suggested this change on the Artix forum and I thought I'd share the love.
