testing/tillitis-key1-apps: fix checksum & patch CGO_ENABLED

Celeste requested to merge Celeste/aports:upgrade-tillitis-key1-apps into master

Project has been moved to tkey-ssh-agent repo (which is why checksum changed though tarball contents seem to be the same), but i think i will let @omni handle the actual aport renaming, this is just a quick fix for the CGO issue on the builders.
