Sxmo move to upstream Sway

Those commits change the Sxmo dependencies to use upstream Sway.

Every commit is expected to preserve a viable and safe state.

We keep providing "sxmo-sway" and "sway-virtual" in case users added them to their world.

We add replace="sxmo-sway" because apk will try to install "sway" before uninstalling "sxmo-sway".

We remove the "sway-portalsconf" dependency because it is already installed (because of install_if).
