testing/sequoia-chameleon-gnupg: upgrade to 0.5.0

Raised a ticket with upstream on the 32 bit build failures in https://gitlab.com/sequoia-pgp/sequoia-chameleon-gnupg/-/issues/41

Edit: Now resolved via patch by upstream, already merged there, can be removed with the next release of sequoia-chameleon-gnupg.
