testing/mimir: enable on riscv64

Sören Tempel requested to merge nmeum/aports:mimir-riscv64 into master

This failed to build on riscv64 due to a bug in the Go compiler. With the upgrade to Go 1.22 this bug has been fixed. Hence, we can enable mimir on riscv64 again.
