community/flatpak: depend on fuse3

Pablo Correa Gomez requested to merge pabloyoyoista/aports:flatpak-fuse into master

We are passing fuse3-dev as make-depends, and therefore flatpak is linking against the library. But for user mounts, flatpak also needs the fusermount3 executable. So depend on it
