Draft: community/feedbackd: separate out udev rule into optional subpkg
feedbackd's udev rule is not necessary on sxmo, and in fact causes some issues there. feedbackd is also pulled in as a dependency of megapixels, so, for example, running the sxmo on the pinephone means you have to choose between a) a working camera app or b) LED indicators.
With this, hopefully we can remove the udev rule and keep megapixels on sxmo installs.
Of course other UI package in postmarketos would need to add the subpackage as a dependency when this is merged, and I would contact them to ensure this didn't break existing installs.
