community/networkmanager-qt5: enable on armhf

cristian_ci requested to merge cristian_ci/aports:nm-qt5_enable_armhf_arch into master

As explained by @jakko, networkmanager-qt5 depends on extra-cmake-modules but extra-cmake-modules isn't blocked anymore for armhf since this commit. So, enable on armhf for networkmanager-qt5 too.
