testing/maxima: use ecl

Sage calls maxima through ecl, and I doubt anyone was using the sbcl version anyway, since it was built against an outdated sbcl version, and hence didn't actually work for months.

Unless anyone has any other use for maxima there's not really any point in using sbcl, so disable that until there's a reason to enable it.
