community/keepassxc: add -firefox-integration subpackage

Native messaging hosts can also be installed system wide. So it can be packaged.

This also includes a fix for keepassxc-lang dependencies.

Keepassxc doesn't show the firefox browser integration as enabled with the subpackage installed but that is a keepassxc bug.
