community/iio-sensor-proxy: remove patch that was applied upstream

The MR was merged: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/hadess/iio-sensor-proxy/-/merge_requests/299

For some reason the patch still applies cleanly, but the code is duplicated now (run twice) :)
